Arada To Open New Midscale Hotel in Sharjah
The 395-room property is independently managed by Arada Hospitality and Entertainment and is located alongside the Nest Campus student housing complex. It has been designed to cater to a broad mix of guests, including business travellers, families, leisure visitors, long-stay guests, sports groups, as well as students and faculty members.
A New Homegrown Hotel Brand With Plans For Global Expansion
Positioned as a midscale brand, Nest Hotel is intended to expand both across the UAE and internationally, either as a standalone hotel or in conjunction with the Nest Campus concept. Facilities include lounges, co-working areas and dining outlets, with direct access to Aljada’s East Boulevard, home to more than 100 restaurants, retail and entertainment venues.
Smart technology underpins the guest experience, with a dedicated website enabling digital check-in, room access, booking management and navigation of Aljada’s services. Additional features include high-speed wifi, eBike rentals and dining reservations.
A Collaborative Project With The Youth
The hotel was developed in consultation with students from Sharjah’s University City and the neighbouring Nest Campus, with their input reflected in room layouts, co-working zones, and communal areas. The project also offers part-time employment opportunities for students seeking hands-on hospitality experience.
Room categories include Solo, Stylish, Signature, Family and Suites, with single, twin, king and suite configurations. The hotel is also the first in Sharjah to offer guaranteed interconnecting family rooms, alongside a flexible 24-hour check-in and check-out policy. A complimentary shuttle service operates between the hotel and Sharjah International Airport.
